The East Siberian Sturgeon's (Acipenser baeri stenorrhynchus nikolsky) habitat covers large rivers in Eastern Siberia. This sturgeon is a very flexible species. It is characterized by variability, both in the shape of its snout and its color. The color of its back can vary from light gray to dark brown, and its belly varies from white to light yellow. The East Siberian Sturgeon can be successfully caught using most spinning, float or bottom fishing rigs.
