Ostrog Whitefish
This whitefish is an endemic form of the common whitefish. It inhabits the Old Burg Lake. The fish has a tall, pronounced body. The mouth is characterized by a short lower jaw. The upper part of the head and back are dark gray. The sides are colored in silver with a greenish color. Adult specimens can reach a length of about 50 cm and a weight of up to 2-2.5 kg.
