Gray Char
Gray char is one of two kinds of char found in Ladoga and Onega Lakes. Gray char dwells at great depths and is distinguished from the red char by its lighter scales. Like other species of char, it is a predator. Its diet includes small fish, mollusks, crustaceans, aquatic and flying insects. Normally the weight of an adult specimen reaches two kilograms.
