Dryagin Char
The Dryagin Char (Salvelinus drjagini) is part of the salmon family and is an endemic inhabitant of freshwater reservoirs in Siberia. Adult fish can reach more than one meter in length. The back is grayish-green. Its sides feature large bright spots. Its belly and the lower part of its head are white or red-orange. Float or spinning rigs are preferred for catching this fish.
