Kuori Char
The Kuori Char is an endemic form of the Arctic char. The population of this fish was discovered in the 50s of the last century in the north-west of Russia in a small lake of Kuori. Like the Arctic char, it refers to a related salmon species. It leads a predatory life. The basis of its diet is crustaceans, insect larvae and juvenile fish. Hallmark Kuori chars are large, up to one and a half meters in size and bright coloration of the body.
