Arctic Omul
The Arctic Omul (Coregonus autumnalis) inhabits the coastal zone of the Yenisei Gulf. During the breeding season, it swims upstream the Yenisei's tributaries. It has an elongated, cylindrical body. Its back is brownish-green, its sides are silvery, and its belly is light colored. It can be successfully caught using float, as well as individual spinning and bottom fishing rigs.
